9 questions foundWhere do I start?
Describe your business and the feeling you want on the home page, then sign in to continue. You can also start a project from your studio. Your brief is saved in this browser for up to 24 hours while you sign in.
Which visual styles can I create?
Every website comes in one of two styles: Signature, polished and balanced, or Bold, loud and graphic. Tell Pip how quiet or bold it should feel, or Pip will ask. The hero can be Cinematic Hero, Hero + Scroll, Living Scene, Painted Scene, Scroll Story or Photo Hero, which uses no video and the fewest credits; pick one or let Pip choose.
How do credits work?
Each build holds a set number of credits while it works. You only pay for what it uses, never more than the hold, and the rest comes back as soon as it finishes. Your account shows your balance, anything on hold, and what each build used. Custom work is quoted separately.
Can I subscribe to a plan today?
The pricing page is a preview of proposed plans. Subscriptions are not available yet, and viewing a plan does not take a payment. Existing credit balances remain visible in your account.
What if a build takes longer or fails?
Keep an eye on the progress in your project’s chat. You can leave and return to the project. If something fails, the project shows a recovery message; review it before requesting another build. A failed attempt does not replace your last successful website.
How do I download my website?
When a website version is ready, use Download source ZIP in the project. Extract the archive and follow the included instructions to run or host it. Downloads belong to the saved version shown in your project.
Can I make the agent panel dark?
Yes. Open Account and choose Light, Dark, or System under Agent appearance. This changes the agent panel while keeping the rest of the studio light. The preference is saved in your browser.
My sign-in or reset link expired. What next?
Return to sign in or Forgot password and request a new email. Open the newest link in the same browser where you requested it. Check your spam folder if the message does not arrive.
Can someone help finish a more complex project?
Choose Custom work to send a brief, or use the handoff from a ready website to include that saved version. The founder reviews the request and agrees the scope and price before work begins.
